Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 lb peas
  • 12 oz choice of pasta
Instructions
  1. Melt butter and olive oil over medium heat, add cream and white pepper and simmer for five minutes
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese and cook until melted, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in peas.
  4. Before serving stir in fresh parsley.
