Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

16 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup prepared horseradish (I prefer Bever Extra Hot)
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup finely chopped chives (substitute green onion)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and store in refrigerator. It's best for this dist to set so making it in the morning or even the day before you use is great.
