Tri-Tip Sous Vide

  • Heat Sous Vide bath to the desired temperature, I prefer 131F.
  • Season and vacuum seal your tri-tip roast.
  • Cook roast in the sous vide bath for 6 hours
  • Heat the grill to the highest setting
  • Pull the tri-tip out of the sous vide bath and remove it from the bag.
  • Pat the roast dry and cover with olive oil.
  • Sear the roast on the grill. Serve immediately.
