- Heat Sous Vide bath to the desired temperature, I prefer 131F.
- Season and vacuum seal your tri-tip roast.
- Cook roast in the sous vide bath for 6 hours
- Heat the grill to the highest setting
- Pull the tri-tip out of the sous vide bath and remove it from the bag.
- Pat the roast dry and cover with olive oil.
- Sear the roast on the grill. Serve immediately.
