- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
In a zip lock bag, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the marinade bag, turning to coat. Let it marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and opaque.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
