Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade, if you prefer
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup your Bacon-Jalapeño Chicken Crunch Salad
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbled (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Serve with Cholula or Franks Red Hot or your favorite hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your MasterBuilt Gravity pizza oven to 425°F
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the edges with a little olive oil.
  • Distribute the Bacon-Jalapeño Chicken Crunch Salad evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Add the sliced cherry tomatoes and chopped red onion on top.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the pizza, if using.
  • Bake in pizza oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
