pre-made pizza dough
or homemade, if you prefer

shredded cheddar cheese

your Bacon-Jalapeño Chicken Crunch Salad
1/2

sliced cherry tomatoes
1/4
cup
chopped red onion
1/4
cup
cooked bacon
crumbled (optional)
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Serve with Cholula or Franks Red Hot
or your favorite hot sauce
Instructions
Preheat your MasterBuilt Gravity pizza oven to 425°F
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the edges with a little olive oil.
Distribute the Bacon-Jalapeño Chicken Crunch Salad evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Add the sliced cherry tomatoes and chopped red onion on top.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the pizza, if using.
Bake in pizza oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
