Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Peel the onions and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices
Brush both sides of the onion slices with olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic salt
Place the onion slices on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
(Optional) During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
