Preheat your oven to 350°F
Mix the butter and powdered sugar together until creamy.
Add the vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the flour and salt until the dough comes together.
Shape the dough into fingers, about 1/2 inch thick and 2 inch long.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool on a wire rack until room temperature.
Roll in powdered sugar twice
