ribeye steaks
about 1-inch thick

tbsp
olive oil
2
garlic cloves
minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs

Instructions
Preheat your grill to high heat.
Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels.
Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
If you're using herbs, place a sprig of rosemary or thyme on each steak.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the time based on your preferred doneness.
During the last minute of grilling, add a pat of butter on top of each steak to melt and add extra flavor.
Wrap steaks with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
