Ribeye Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks about 1-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs optional
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter optional
  • 1 tbsp white truffle oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to high heat.
  • Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels.
  • Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • If you're using herbs, place a sprig of rosemary or thyme on each steak.
  • Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the time based on your preferred doneness.
  • During the last minute of grilling, add a pat of butter on top of each steak to melt and add extra flavor.
  • Wrap steaks with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
