- 12 oz fresh whole cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 medium jalapeno de-seeded, deveined, finely diced
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and let it cool, allowing the sauce to thicken. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
