Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips.
In a Ziplok bag, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Put the zucchini slices into the bag with the olive oil mixture and massage to cover.
Place the zucchini slices on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
