Greek Pizza…Nom
If you ask us, every night could be pizza night. Although we appreciate traditional toppings, we've ventured out and experimented quite a bit. One of our favorites is this Greek inspired pizza. Not only is it delicious right out of the oven, it's quite remarkable cold with a cup of coffee in the morning. It's simply fantastic!

- Pizza Oven

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Pizza Dough see pizza dough recipe
The Greek
- Fresh Spinach
- Cherry Tomatoes sliced
- Shallot thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced
- 4 oz Feta crumbles
- 4 oz Mozzarella whole milk, shredded
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat pizza oven to 425°
- Sprinkle corn meal onto pizza peel and place formed dough onto the meal.
- Top with spinach and then cheeses
- Add other vegetables and then top with oil and spices
- Cook for 6-8 minutes or until you've reached your desired doneness.
Notes
Feel free to swap any of the topping in the ingredient list with whatever you have lying around. It will probably taste just as amazing!
