Shelby's Chili

Chili
- 1 lb ground beef 90/10 browned
- 2 cans ranch style beans optional w/jalapenos for spice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Toppings
- sour cream
- shredded cheddar cheese
- green onion
- corn or tortilla chips
Brown ground beef with chili powder, salt and pepper in large pot
Add beans and diced tomatoes
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour for flavors to blend.
