Smoked Chicken Legs


  • Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800
  • Sprayer
  • Charcoal or Gas grill


  • 10 Chicken thighs
  • Barbecue rub
  • Apple cider vinegar


  • Season chicken thighs with Barbecue Rub
  • Heat smoker to 225℉
  • Place chicken in middle rack
  • Smoke for 3 hours
  • Heat grill to medium medium/high
  • Pull chicken out of smoker and paint with barbecue sauce
  • Place chicken over direct heat.
  • Cook to thicken sauce and crisp skin
