- Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800
- Sprayer
- Charcoal or Gas grill
Ingredients
- 10 Chicken thighs
- Barbecue rub
- Apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with Barbecue Rub
- Heat smoker to 225℉
- Place chicken in middle rack
- Smoke for 3 hours
- Heat grill to medium medium/high
- Pull chicken out of smoker and paint with barbecue sauce
- Place chicken over direct heat.
- Cook to thicken sauce and crisp skin
