Grandma’s Molasses Cookies are the perfect trifecta: buttery richness, deep molasses flavor, and that sparkling sugar coating. The spices—cinnamon, ginger, and cloves—add warmth and complexity, while the sugar coating gives them a delightful crunch. Each bite is a balanced blend of soft and chewy with a slight crispness from the sugar. They’re like little bites of nostalgia! 🍪✨
