Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F
  • Mix the butter and powdered sugar together until creamy.
  • Add the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix in the flour and salt until the dough comes together.
  • Shape the dough into fingers, about 1/2 inch thick and 2 inch long.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool on a wire rack until room temperature.
  • Roll in powdered sugar twice
