Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a zip lock bag, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade bag, turning to coat. Let it marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and opaque.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
