Ingredients
  

  • 2 large onions yellow or red
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Peel the onions and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices
  • Brush both sides of the onion slices with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt
  • Place the onion slices on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
  • (Optional) During the last minute of grilling, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
