Tangy, peppery, creamy — perfect for dunking smoked chicken, wings, or pulled pork. Balanced so it works as both a finishing sauce and a marinade.

- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce or 1/4 tsp cayenne

- Taste and adjust: add more vinegar for tang, more horseradish for bite, or a touch of sugar/honey to round the acidity.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let the flavors settle. Sauce thickens slightly as it chills.
- Use as a dunking sauce for smoked chicken, a finishing glaze, or a marinade to keep poultry juicy.
