A alfredo sauce perfect for pairing with riced cauliflower and sea food. This low carb recipe is rich, creamy, thick and so delicious. We often change the Parmesan cheese to a sharp cheddar cheese for a cheese sauce for broiled vegetables. Spice it up with jalapenos or bacon too.
